Read more about:
The national CoMensha help desk is there for anyone who is involved with or has questions about human trafficking. You can contact us for:
- registration of victims or possible victims;
- coordination of the initial care, shelter and assistance of (potential) victims of human trafficking;
- and advice.
We advise our chain partners, such as care providers, shelter and reception centres, investigation services, government, lawyers and asylum seekers' centres. We also answer legal questions about residence permits, making an official report, the reflection period, registering with the municipality and applying for benefits, etc.
We provide advice about victims' rights and obligations. We can also answer questions about shelter, specialist care, assistance and counselling. Where necessary, we refer individuals to the right authorities and link victims and possible victims to the right organisations.
Our help desk can be reached by telephone on +31 33 448 11 86 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also mail to email@example.com
Sandra, Noura, Erin, Joyce, Mariët, Lucy or Pinky will be happy to help you. They work in alternating shifts of two people at a time.
Outside office hours, you can always leave a voicemail or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your query as soon as possible, often on the next working day.
In urgent cases regarding the shelter for victims of human trafficking in the evening, at night and on the weekend, the police will immediately contact the crisis relief service in accordance with the protocol. This guarantees emergency assistance to victims of human trafficking.
